How to invite others brothers to TB please help me!

The instruction is a little hidden in Help (F1) | Settings | Cloud Syncing | Share Data with other TheocBase Users

So you must share the Dropbox folder (from within Dropbox). After that, the individuals will appear in the list under Access Control in TheocBase.

Note! In Dropbox, once you share the folder, you have an option to give either ‘edit’ or ‘view’ permission to the ones you share the folder with. Make sure to grant ‘edit’ permissions.

If permissions need to be restricted, you do that in TheocBase - Access Control. If you restrict permissions in Dropbox, any changes they make in TheocBase will not be passed on to Dropbox.
