Delete public speaker

When I try to cancel a public speaker’s engagement at the weekend meeting, I can only delete his name, the outline and the congregation in which he was to deliver the speech.
When I synchronise, the appointment remains, it only appears on Saturday or Sunday, but is not completely deleted.
What can I do?
