Probleme beim Verändern der Aufgaben an einem Abend
Hallo,
ich habe in einem Midweek meeting (11.9.) das Aktuelle zur Kongresswiederholung genutzt. Um mehr Zeit zu bekommen habe ich den Programmpunkt vorher gelöscht.
In der Planung sieht alles ok aus, aber im Ausdruck sind fast alle Zeiten falsch.
Was habe ich falsch gemacht?

But the printed version has totally wrong time stamps.
What did I do wrong?
Das Problem ist: die erste Aufgabe (Aktuelles) ist definiert als ‘Unser Leben als Christ (Vortrag 2)’. Vortrag 1 gibt’s nicht mehr. Daher ist auch die Überschrift "Unser Leben als Christ’’ weggefallen, denn die ist mit Vortrag 1 verknüpft. Und damit gehen auch die Zeiten schief.
Zuerst: sichere deine Datenbank (z.B unter Einstellungen). Sonst nicht weitergehen!!
Dann im Plan (oberes Bild) doppelklick ‘Unser Leben als Christ (Vortrag 2)’ und wähle ‘Unser Leben als Christ (Vortrag 1)’. Wenn das nicht packt, kreiere eine neue Aufgabe (mit dem + zur rechten Seite) und das ist dann hoffentlich Vortrag 1. Kopiere Thema, Quelle und Zeit in die neue Aufgabe und entferne Vortrag 2.
Nochmal: nichts davon machen wenn du nicht zuerst die Datenbank gesichert hast. Es gibt keine ‘Zurück’-taste!
Also in Zukunft wäre es besser Vortrag 1 zu ändern und Vortrag 2 zu entfernen, statt umgekehrt. Klappt es nicht? Melde dich dann bitte.
The first item is Living as Christians (Part 2). It should be Part 1. Without part 1 there is no heading for that meeting part, and then the times get off as well.
Make backup. (!! If not, don’t even proceed)
Doubleclick “Living as Christians (Part 2)” and change to “Living as Christians (part 1)”. That should at least in theory do the trick.
If the change doesn’t stick, click the plus sign and hopefully that will automatically be Part 1. Copy Theme/Source/Time from what is now Part 2, then delete Part 2 (minus sign)
Again do nothing without first backing up. There is no Undo-button!
Next time it is better to modify Part 1 and delete Part 2, rather than the other way round.
As a tip to developers: Maybe Part 1 can be made required/fixed/undeletable? If possible, it would probably help.
note to developers: after the update I do not see Part 1 and 2 (and 3 for that matter) being distinguished any more. If Part 1 is still crucial in its position, it would be nice if at least that one could be recognised.

J’ai exactement le même problème.
Suite à la communication pour la suppression de 2 allocutions pour être remplacées par la diffusion du point d’actualité N°6 la semaine du 11 septembre, le programme imprimé ne prend pas en compte ce changement.
Toutes les vues de planification sont ok.
Mais la version imprimée comporte des horodatages totalement erronés. Et il manque le Nom du frère prévu pour présenter cette diffusion du point d’actualité.
J’ai tenté de faire ce que Xienix a dit. Mais cela ne résout pas le problème.
De plus, comme indiqué par Xienix, depuis la mise à jour, je ne vois plus les partie 1, 2 ou 3 pour les Discours vie Chrétienne.
Je joins un fichier jpg reprenant des captures d’écran pour illustrer les problèmes.
Même si on ne peut plus voir la différence entre partie 1, 2 et 3, elle y est toujours.
Dans le plan (paramètres , réunion VC,), 1ere colonne, choisis la plus haute des trois parties Vie chrétienne, si ça marche pas la 2eme, puis la 3eme. Un des 3 doit fonctionner.

You may no longer see the differences between Living as Christians Part 1, 2 and 3, but the difference is still there.
I. Settings -LMM meeting - Schedule tab, choose the top one of the 3 Living as Christians items. It may fix the issue. If not, try the middle one or even the bottom one.
